I’ve used bar shampoos for many years as I love the zero waste factor. I’ve always had mild dandruff that gets worse in winter and kinda just accepted that was the way my head was.. even though I would be struck with horror on days i appeared to be a human snow globe.

I tried this shampoo because I LOVE that they do bulk refills! Oh my god this stuff worked on the FIRST WASH! I could not believe it. I also love the way my hair feels even after a double wash - I have curly hair and use a lot of product - it still feels soft but very clean. It smells amazing. I am sooooo happy with this as other anti dandruff shampoos have felt very chemically and harsh (or just don’t work). I also am getting a whole extra day out of a wash before my hair looks oily, so it is helping control the oil production on my scalp as well! Two for one!

I hope they will do refills in this formula as it currently looks like there are only anti irritation formula refills.

I haven’t had a chance to combine with the anti dandruff conditioner as I’m still finishing my bar conditioner but it already works all on its own. I look forward to seeing how I go this winter!
