Order Processing

Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment.

Orders placed before 10am are guaranteed same day dispatch*.

*This excludes weekends, public holidays (‘cause we like to enjoy time outside of work as well!), and busy trading periods such as sale days or Christmas (we will always try our best!).

Australian Orders

Free Shipping is available on all Australian Orders over $49.00. Any Australian order under $49.00 will incur a $7.90 flat rate shipping fee.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard Delivery. To track your order, find the tracking number sent to you via email and track your parcel on the Australian Post tracking website.

New Zealand Orders

We send all orders by Australia Post Airmail to New Zealand for a flat rate of $9.90.

Once you’ve placed your order and it has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information which you can track on the Australian Post tracking website.

International Orders

A bit Hippy is available worldwide!

International Shipping is sent Express and charged at the estimated cost price. The cost of shipping depends on how heavy your final order is. To find out your shipping costs, add the items you wish to purchase into your cart and proceed to the checkout. Here you have the option to enter in the country and area code for which the order should be shipped to. Once this information has been entered, your shipping quote will appear.

Please note, A bit Hippy is not responsible for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive tracking information via email to follow your order. International delivery timings can vary depending on your country.
