Order Processing
All orders are dispatched from our A bit Hippy HQ within 5 business days of receiving payment. This may be longer during major sale periods.
Standard Shipping – Excluding international shipments
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 business days after dispatch.
Orders under $49.00 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $9.90 flat rate standard shipping charge.
Orders over $49.00 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free standard shipping.
Express Shipping – Excluding international shipments
You can expect your order to arrive within the times specified by Australia Post for Express Shipping based on your location.
Orders under $49.00 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $14.90 flat rate express shipping charge, if express post is selected.
Orders between $49.00-$149.99 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $5.00 flat rate express shipping charge.
Orders over $150 (based on cart subtotal) qualify for free express shipping.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard Delivery. To track your order, find the tracking number sent to you via email and track your parcel on the Australian Post tracking website.
New Zealand Orders
We send all orders by Australia Post Airmail to New Zealand for a flat rate of $9.90.
Once you’ve placed your order and it has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information which you can track on the Australian Post tracking website.
International Orders
A bit Hippy is available worldwide!
International Shipping is sent Express and charged at the estimated cost price. The cost of shipping depends on how heavy your final order is. To find out your shipping costs, add the items you wish to purchase into your cart and proceed to the checkout. Here you have the option to enter in the country and area code for which the order should be shipped to. Once this information has been entered, your shipping quote will appear.
Please note, A bit Hippy is not responsible for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs.
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive tracking information via email to follow your order. International delivery timings can vary depending on your country.
