If you’ve had a reaction to any of our products we will happily refund you the cost, but we would also love to learn from this so we can do better. So, if you can take a photo and explain your reaction when you send us through your request we would really appreciate it.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Did you purchase online or in store?
- If online, your order number/email address you purchased with
- The product name
- What type of reaction you had (pictures are so helpful too)
General Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, or your item is damaged in transit, we will happily organise a refund, exchange or replacement. This should be done within 30 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused.

From there we can arrange to have the products returned to us. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please get in touch via phone (07) 5677 0780, in Australia free call 1800 988 343.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.
