Will the serum be less effective without the A bit Hippy Hair Growth & Volume Shampoo and Conditioner?
Nope! The Hair Growth Serum can be used as a stand-alone leave-on treatment. The Hair Growth & Volume Shampoo and Conditioner will assist with scalp health and can improve product performance overall, but the serum does not require them to work. Although, for best results do use all three!

What types of hair loss will the serum help with?
This serum is best for early-stage thinning, diffuse shedding, and cases where follicles are still present. Including genetic (pattern) thinning, stress or post-illness shedding, postpartum shedding, and people with naturally fine hair wanting to increase hair density. The serum will not be effective where follicles are permanently lost, such as scarring or long-standing bald patches.

Is it pregnancy or breastfeeding safe?
Absolutely, every ingredient in this formula is natural and non-hormonal. Although human safety data in pregnancy is limited. The use of Rosemary Oil is recommended to be used with caution by some sources, so we recommend women to check with their healthcare provider before use and make a decision that their comfortable with.

If it works on balding men, how does it work?
By improving blood supply and supporting the hair growth phase, the serum can help thicken and strengthen miniaturised hairs in early male pattern thinning. It will not regrow hair in fully bald patches where follicles are no longer present.
